What year did you buy it?
2018 This top from Punk Rave was the first alternative branded piece I ever owned. And honestly… it changed something in me.
Where did you wear it? (festival, gig, club, everyday rebellion)
Mostly to concerts and festivals, but also sometimes in everyday life, even to school.
What do you love most about this item?
When I moved to the Netherlands, everything felt new and overwhelming. One of the first things I did was search for alternative fashion, something that actually felt like me. That’s when I found Attitude Holland. In my home country, clothes like this were almost impossible to find. It always felt like I had to hide parts of myself. But the first time I wore it, I remember thinking: “This was the first time I didn’t feel like I had to hide.”
I still wear it to this day, combining it with different jewelry, skirts, and outfits (like in my recent photo). That’s what I love most about it: it can become anything, depending on who I want to be that day.
Stilll wearing it..still me.
